Tri-Phase Interiors could not succeed without our hard-working and reliable field team. We value our team's safety and the safety of those around them above anything else. Our teams participate in weekly "Toolbox Talks" provided by the Texas Construction Association Workers' Comp Safety Group which cover topics relative to the physical and mental health of our field team. We also partner with a third party safety consultant, ESC, that provides unscheduled safety inspections on our job sites. ESC then provides a report of safety conditions on our project site, as well as input on best practices. We also fully cover all of our employees with a Worker's Compensation policy through Texas Mutual Insurance. Tri-Phase Interiors is proud to report over 190,000 man-hours without work-related injury and we currently have an EMR rate of 0.72.
