Le Meridien Hotel

Le Meridien was originally built in 1970 under the name “The Annex” to serve as a 230-room extension to Hotel Texas (where President John F. Kennedy stayed prior to his assassination in Dallas). The Annex closed in 2006 and has been vacant since but is now coming back to life and we are extremely grateful to be a part of it!
